Company History
Having served Edmonton and area customers since 1971 as well as the Calgary trucking and distribution community, this family owned and operated business is the recipient of many community accolades and industry awards. The company works hard to anticipate customer needs by monitoring courier, cartage, distribution and warehouse changes as they occur today, while looking forward to identify future trends.
National Courier Services Ltd. is also proud to be one of the founding members of the Alberta Trucking Industry Safety Association (ATISA) and is committed to providing a safe and healthy work environment.
An additional commitment to providing safe and on time delivery, on behalf of our customers, is the company service shop with mechanics on duty from 6 a.m. to midnight every day. This allows us to handle fleet service and repairs as soon as necessary and during off hours when required. Our service shop has been inspected by the department of transportation (DOT) and that inspection resulted in our being awarded a Vehicle Inspection License for the Province of Alberta. Our mechanics are also provincially licensed.
Employing more than one hundred eighty people in Edmonton and Calgary, National Courier Services Ltd. cares about and contributes to Alberta's vibrant business community. Many of the current customers have been with National for over fifteen years and some from the very beginning in 1971. |
